Will I receive a tangible item for the gift I purchase?

With the purchase of a symbolic gift and adoption, you are supporting the rehabilitation
of wildlife in distress. The gifts and adoptions are representative of donations you are generously making to Wildlife Rescue Association of BC.

You will receive a certificate if you choose a symbolic adoption.

What impact will my gift have?

The gifts serve as symbols for the life-saving care of BC's precious wildlife. 100% of your donation will help save injured or orphaned animals to release them back to their wild homes.

Will I receive a certificate for the gift I purchase?

Certificates are available for symbolic adoptions.

How will my certificate be delivered?

You will be able to chose between digital or printed certificate. Certificates will be sent to the email or shipping address provided at checkout, depending on your selection.

When will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be issued within 5 business days. If you choose a printed certificate, additional shipping times apply.

Canada Post's estimated shipping times are:

  • Three business days within BC
  • Four days for other provinces

Can my certificate be delivered sooner?

If you're looking for a last-minute gift, or are just really excited to get your certificate, we offer a limited number of instant adoptions. You can get more information here.

Will I receive a tax receipt for the gift I purchase?

Yes, symbolic gifts and adoptions are eligible for a charitable tax receipt. We will send your receipt to the email address provided on checkout. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing within the busy holiday season.
